- You must have completed no more than 20% of the course content (videos, lessons, or assignments). If more than 20% of the course has been accessed or completed, the refund request will not be processed.
- You should have no outstanding payments or other issues with your account.

- Course bundles or membership plans.
- Any course materials or additional services purchased after the initial course purchase (e.g., coaching sessions, consultations, or certificates).
4. Late Refund Requests
Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted, regardless of the reason for the request.
5. Course Access After Refund
If your refund is approved, you will lose access to the course immediately. You will not be able to access any of the course materials, videos, or assignments once the refund has been processed.
